ProPC

We are proud to offer “ProPC”, which is an environmentally sealed Touch screen computer for harsh and dirty environments. ProPC is an industrial grade high performance computer that is ideally suited for HMI, MMI, kiosk or any other shop floor application. ProPC features include a maintenance free cooling system, high temperature rating and integrated biometric fingerprint security. Two sealed enclosure types are offered in Aluminum or Stainless Steel.

ProCell Software

Lean manufacturing requires more than just simple data collection tools. Our core product, ProCell, provides the ability to monitor processes, enforce procedures and prevent errors. ProCell takes man, machine and method to the next level by providing an extensive array of process control features not found elsewhere. Advanced features such as biometric fingerprint user authentication and documentation control provide the enforcement needed for accurate production counts, downtime and scrap reporting. ProVue Server Software

Our ProVue Server software builds on top of ProCell and extends the process management philosophy from the shop floor to the front office. ProVue provides the ability to monitor your production process in real time and all from one screen. Now you can know where your production processes are underperforming and why. Centralized management of ProCell stations provides advanced control over machine operator usage, electronic document delivery and production reporting. ProVue takes man, machine and method to yet another level!

ProVue Asset Tracking

ProVue Asset Tracking is our newest product offering. ProVue Asset Tracking provides a cost effective method of tracking company assets. Now you can track tooling, gages, stamping dies, computers, shipping containers and test equipment in real time. The included rugged wireless handheld computer extends the management area from the front office to the floor. Access current asset information and history from both the desktop and on the floor.
