Production Screen
- Active part numbers are displayed in yellow with hourly production counts in green.
- Expected production rates are displayed above the actual counts for comparison.
- Status box displays machine events including sensored downtime.

Fingerprint Authorization
- Fingerprint authorization is required for machine operation and fault acknowledgement.
- Three functional levels of authorization (User, Supervisor, and Administrator).
- No passwords or keys are required for login or fault acknowledgement.
Product Label Printing
- Multiple label formats and styles supported (AIAG, custom,
etc).
- Manual or automatic label printing by the piece or shipping
container pack size.
- Label printing restricted to authorized employees.
- Labels restricted to active part numbers
- Supports up to 4 printers at a time.
Document Viewer with User Confirmation
- Users are prompted at login to confirm required documents
before machine is enabled.
- Unique viewer with user confirmation for displaying of
documents.
- Uses: operator instructions, quality issues, maintenance
data, etc.
- Review of any document is just a button away.
Production Downtime Reporting
- Non-sensored downtime - 5 configurable categories with 6 category reasons (30 Buttons).
- Downtime screen is displayed after the machine has been
idle for a configurable amount of time.
- Machine cycle is inhibited until a reason is selected.
- Downtime information is archived for future reporting of both sensored and non-sensored data.
Scrapping of Production Parts
- Scrap part by part number or serial number.
- Serial numbers can be barcode scanned or entered manually.
- Traceability report showing part and serial numbers, date, time, shift, operator ID, and reason.
- Automatic adjustment of production counts.
Production Reporting
- "ProCell Current Reports" enables authorized users to retrieve the days events.
- "ProCell History Reports" enables authorized users to select and retrieve any previous days events.
- Some of the reports that are available include: production counts, label printing, downtime and scrap.
